There's a guy behind Shin now. It might seem like he teleported, but he actually just walked up really quickly and quietly to lean over Shin's shoulder. Angels, even angels with jobs, can not teleport. But he is very fast.
Did they have an expresso machine in the angel hell lab? I'm going to assume no. Sandalphon is learning a lot just watching Shin work...
